Getting started

CommonWatch FOI installs into a Microsoft Dataverse environment as a managed solution from Microsoft AppSource. It adds the CommonWatch FOI tables and server rules, the CommonWatch FOI staff workspace and six security roles. Installation requires an authorized Power Platform administrator and Microsoft Power Apps licences for staff.

Onboarding

Two Rivers Digital connects two parts of CommonWatch FOI with you after installation: the independent release renderer, which rebuilds redacted releases as image-only PDFs, and the requester portal, a Power Pages site in your tenant. We also confirm your settings, letter templates, retention schedule and holiday calendar before go-live.

Requesting help

Include your institution, the CommonWatch FOI version, the affected screen and what happened. Do not send requester records, records under review, passwords or authentication tokens by email. We will arrange an appropriate support channel if more information is needed.

Service arrangements

Implementation, migration from your current FOI system, integrations, training and ongoing support can be agreed separately with Two Rivers Digital. Response times and service levels apply only when documented in a signed service agreement.
